Tasty Tuesday: Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I found this easy recipe for a tasty pot roast. The meat is so tender and just falls apart. The seasoning is also just right. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients
2.5 pounds boneless chuck or rum roast
1 package McCormick Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning
5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as carrots, celery, and potatoes
1 cup water

Directions
1. Place roast and vegetables in slow cooker
2. Mix seasoning and water until blended. Pour over roast and vegetables. Cover
3. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
4. Enjoy!
